Hello. My name is Micah Montoya. I'm what you call an extreme web application developer with a high focus on UX, UI, and IxD all with the ability to take these and create the content behind them. I've been in the trenches for well over 12 years with extensive knowledge of back-end development, front-end development, and how to utilize their strengths for the best results. I have a strong passion for creating beautiful, engaging, and highly useful applications.
They are unused only because I'm no longer in a position that utilizes them. I'm comfortable moving back to them.
Note: I find the definition between expert, advanced, intermediate, etc., quite subjective considering the sure amount of information each of the technologies posseses.

Overview: Creating both desktop and mobile company web sites using in-house CMS system by creating the templates, JavaScript, CSS and both the front-end and back-end code that interacts with the DB.
January 2012 - May 2012, 5 months
Overview: Creating prototypes and/or mockups of sites for clients, reviewing and implementing supplied look and feel from clients, and developing the interaction part of the web applications.
October 2011 - December 2011, 3 months
Sage Construction and Real Estate
Overview: A short project in which they needed someone to take existing mockups and code the templates for the UI for the engineers to follow in an Azure ASP.Net MVC 3 environment that was mobile friendly.
August 2010 – October 2011, 1.2 years
Knowlege Universe, Knowlege Universe Technologies
Overview: Oversaw the operation and creation of Family Connection with hands on and directing a small team, created mockups/prototypes for Family Connection, and converted/created applications to be mobile capable. Family Connection is used by parents for registering and paying their child's tuition in the different centers. Owned the front-end that the look and feel was consistent and meet the needs of the user and the business.
April 2005 – August 2010, 5.4 years
Overview: Lead interface developer and consultant for all software applications internally and externally. Was in charge of the foundation part of the company's flag ship application, WellSuite, in seeing it's operation. In complete charge of the development of the company's Online Wellness Center and Software Registration System. Was the primary UX and UI designer and developmer for all applications.
